WHO | Addis Declaration on Immunisation

Overview

Turning a continental health pledge into a living, data-driven digital platform.

The Addis Declaration on Immunisation is a continental commitment, signed by African Union Heads of State, to achieve universal immunisation access by 2030. We took the project end to end: full UI/UX design and complete web development. The core challenge was data. The platform had to gather large volumes of country-level immunisation figures and make them instantly understandable, so we engineered an API-driven system that pulls live data and renders it as clear, interactive charts. The result is a single trusted hub where governments, health workers, and the public can see progress against all ten ADI pledges at a glance, country by country.

Strategic Objectives

01.

Design and develop the full platform end to end, handling both UI/UX and complete web development in-house.

02.

Build a centralised digital hub that tracks every country's progress across the ten ADI immunisation pledges from a single source of truth.

03.

Turn large, complex datasets into clarity by pulling live figures through an API and rendering them as interactive, easy-to-read charts and visualisations.

04.

Design an accessible, multilingual interface that speaks equally to governments, health workers, and the public, with a clear hierarchy that makes dense data approachable.

05.

Optimise delivery for fast, reliable access across low-bandwidth regions and mobile-first audiences, so the data loads quickly wherever it is needed.
